whoooooo! today was a blast. i couldnt wait to get to the marina. i met leah and denise at the mrt. was late, as usual. denise got new clothes! haha yay for her. we went onto the mrt. they were going to dhoby ghout for a movie. i went to city hall afterwards. i met JE there. haha yay!! and went to eat mos burger, she took the extra tissue paper away, just like a mother would do.
went to the marina. at first, we thought we were going to the correct place. then after walking for a short while towards that place, we realised it was some other place, so we turned back and asked a secruity guard how to get to the merlion.
found a place at the merlion. and we had merlion spit all over us. (merlion spitting out water)then xy came. and soon after that. many people came. this chinese boy came at sat beside JE. hah, he's 19 this year, pr and lives in ang mo kio. thats all we know about him. and JE is 18!
the parade started and alot of people who were late came standing infront of us, blocking our view from the back. so irritating. this bunch of malay guys were damn funny. they, together with us shouted at the people to sit down, squat down, or just GO down! we gave them vitamin c sweets in return.
sang the national anthem so horribly and other Singapore songs too. then the parade ended. we didn't manage to get any contact with the malay people. haha best ndp ever! ( without tickets)
